I was back on the streams this weekend catching steelhead.  The ice and snow is gone for now. At the moment the streams are high from rain.  We did ok on Friday catching a mixture of fresh and old fish, not allot, but we got our share and really didn't put a ton of effort in.  That was mostly due to the fact that some hole still had some ice on them, causing the open areas to be a little more crowded.


Saturday was tough due to water a little dirtier than Friday, but still fishable. The ice was completely gone, but even more anglers were out enjoying the nice weather and this incredible fishery. We managed to find a few to ourselves and make the most of what we were dealt with.
